Specialist Improvements for B.I.S.F. Steel Framed Houses

On steel framed houses it is important to use materials with good expansion / contraction properties. It is not recommended that sand / mortar mixtures such as Tyrolean or Pebble-dash are used as these can crack with time, allowing water into the main frame of the building and causing RUST.

Barge Boards, Soffits and Guttering

For the perfect finish to your Cladding. why not install new low-maintenance soffits and guttering, these are available and simple to fit whilst the main cladding and roofing work is going on and adds to that refreshed look and finishes off the property.

You can see from this picture the fit of the new windows to the soffits and the fit of the new soffits to the cladding, the joint is perfect and finishes the job off.
This picture shows the finishing detail with new soffits and guttering, all adding to that new look and the envy of your neighbours.
The sam picture as above, but this time a bit closer in to show off the detail. Joints between the new roof, new barge baords, new soffits and guttering all blend into the new cladding.
Here you can see the joint between the new soffits and the neighbours old soffits and the joint of the cladding, what a different they make.
